About Dr. Andrew Jackson

Born and raised in San Antonio, Dr. Andrew Jackson is a proud graduate of Lee High School. He pursued his college education in Houston and returned to San Antonio to complete his dental training at the Health Science Center. After a brief period in the United States Air Force at Altus AFB, during which he earned the title of Officer of the Year, he pursued his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at UTMB in Galveston. Following graduation, Dr. Jackson was invited to join the teaching staff at UTMB and served in that role full-time before establishing his solo private practice in San Antonio in 1993. Dr. Jackson holds the distinction of being a Fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and he is a dedicated member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, and San Antonio District Dental Society. In his personal life, Dr. Jackson is happily married with two children, both actively participating in local sports. Outside of cheering at baseball and soccer games, he finds pleasure in pursuits such as golfing, fishing, hunting, and a variety of outdoor activities.
