About Dr. Anh-Minh Phan
Dr. Anh-Minh Phan was destined for a career in the medical field. At the early age of six, she carried around a first-aid kit she put together all by herself. She has been practicing dentistry now for nearly 20 years.
Her love of combining art and science in her dentistry is evident. She thoroughly enjoys a challenge. Her specialty, prosthodontics, combines cosmetic and functional restoration to greatly improve a patient’s oral functioning and smile.
Dr. Phan earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. She further advanced her expertise through prosthodontics training at Temple University and implant dentistry studies at Howard University, including an externship in implant dentistry at the St. Petersburg Free Clinic.
She finds dentistry fascinating because it allows her to be both creative in her treatment solutions and adaptable in caring for each patient. Her compassion, careful listening to patient concerns, and expertise in sedation put her patients at ease.
Raised in Vietnam with her parents and five siblings, Dr. Phan embraces an unceasing quest for knowledge—whether through continuing education courses to stay on the cutting edge of her profession or learning a new language. She would love to teach dentistry again. Dr. Phan lives with her husband in Falls Church, Virginia.

I scheduled an appointment days in advance, never received any messages, I go to the office for my appointment, which was in VA, coming from DC in the middle of rush hour, I arrive and the office is closed. If you close at a certain time why schedule me later? Why didn’t I receive a call or text telling me to reschedule? Why are there multiple slots at the same time I scheduled my appointment and you guys are obviously closed at that time?

I highly recommend this dentist office! The Receptionist was having a bit difficult time finding my appointment through ZocDoc(happened with another office as well) but they were very kind to take me in either way. The staff and the doctors were amazing & treated me with such care and made sure I left with no pain and feeling very happy about my service. Very appreciative of everyone working at the office! Such an amazing atmosphere!

My sister is fully disabled and staff was patient with her and took the care and time to get the X-rays done on her teeth. Staff had compassion for my sister who cannot walk or talk and explained the procedures to her. All around very caring towards disabled patients. Thank you Doctor Phan and staff for helping my sister

I have the absolute worst dental anxiety and contemplated cancelling my appointment because of it. I haven't been to the dentist in over 10 years and was worried I would have done serious problems. Minh was my hygienist and was very kind and understanding. She explained everything that she would be doing and also as she was doing it. She calmed my fears and helped me relax and gave me helpful tips on what I could do to improve my dental routine. Dr. Phan also could tell I had some anxiety and helped me to feel better about everything as well. I couldn't have gotten any luckier in finding Dr. Phan and her team! I would highly recommend going here!

Dr. Phan was absolutely amazing . The entire experience was enjoyable, which we hardly ever say about a Dentist appointment. She is very friendly, gives you all of the information you need and has a great personality and sense of humor. She takes the time to examine you and explains everything she diagnoses thoroughly. She is accompanied by a fantastic staff as well. I highly recommend her and her practice, a patient for life.

Pretty disappointed with the whole experience. Anh-Minh Phan, DDS seemed to be more of a scare sales person than dentist. The office is dirty an old although the waiting room has nice chairs? I thought the elevator was stuck going up to the 5th floor.
They seemed way to overpriced for their procedures. I am going to avoid this and don't recommend it to anyone.
