About Dr. Anjum Zafar

Dr. Zafar received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from SUNY Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine. Following dental school, Dr. Zafar completed a one year general practice residency at New York Presbyterian Queens Hospital where she gained advanced knowledge in almost all aspects of cosmetic dentistry. These include techniques in crown & bridge work, root canal therapy and much more. She has been practicing here at Green Acres Dental for almost 20 years and has established a loyal patient base. Dr. Zafar is completely dedicated to providing exceptional dental care to people of all ages. Dr. Zafar and her family are local to the Valley Stream community. On her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
