“Not a fan of the dentist, in general. But it was time to go, and i’m pleased with the staff. All so very nice. And made feel comfortable about everything. Took there time in explaining everything to me. Was not rushed at all. Not thrilled about having to go back there. Meaning the dentist in general, lol! But definitely will be okay with this dentist office. Would highly recommend, Cozy Dental.”

Dr. Kim graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine with her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. She practiced dentistry in Wisconsin for many years before moving to the Dallas-Fort Worth area. She is well regarded by her patients and colleagues for her ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds. While staying current with the ever-evolving practice of modern dentistry is important to her, it is the human side of dentistry that she finds most rewarding. They didn't do any cleaning. I had no cavities but they told me I needed a deep cleaning. She said we'd talk about flossing, (which I do), brushing, (which I do) and using a WaterPik.
We never talked about any of these activities.
I felt rushed and also felt like maybe they want to do a deep cleaning because they need the money.
I am going to get a second opinion.
My gums never hurt and my mouth health and hygiene are good.
Super frustrating.
