Dr. Anna Lam, DMD, MBS is a pediatric dentist and is a native New Yorker. Dr. Lam completed her undergraduate studies at the Pennsylvania State University, masters at Rutgers University and dental school education at the Case Western School of Dental Medicine.
After completing her dental school education she obtained her certificate in pediatric dentistry from Jacobi Medical Center located in the Bronx, New York. It is there where she gained invaluable training by providing care to patients with special healthcare needs and various medical complexities. Dr. Lam is extremely passionate about providing dental care for pediatric patients, as a pre-dental student she was a dental assistant, served as Co-President of the Pediatric Dental Club during dental school and moonlighted as a general dentist throughout her time in residency. She is a strong advocate for giving back to the community and has volunteered at Gives Kids a Smile Day, American Cancer Society, and Remote Area Medical outreaches.
Her philosophy is providing the highest quality of care in an enjoyable and safe environment for both patients and parents. Her favorite part of her job is establishing relationships with families. She believes it is important to be compassionate, warm, and to educate patients and parents the importance of maintaining good dental and medical regimens throughout one's life.
During her free time her hobbies include spending time with her family and friends, shopping, fashion and trying new restaurants and foods. You will likely catch her on a long walk in Central Park with an ice matcha.
