About Dr. Anthony Carbonella

Dr. Carbonella is a board-certified orthodontist who specializes in treating patients of all ages using both Invisalign and braces, ranging from simple smile enhancement treatments all the way up to complex orthognathic surgery. He’s a CT native who graduated with honors from UCONN Storrs with a degree and then attended UCONN’s School of Dental Medicine on a full military scholarship and graduated at the top of his class. Once on active duty, he sought further training, completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency, and then practiced general dentistry for 4 years. Dr. Carbonella then attended the rigorous and prestigious Tri-Service Orthodontic Residency Program (TORP) in San Antonio. He then served as one of two American Orthodontists in the UK and finished his active-duty career as a full-time faculty member back at TORP. After fifteen years of military service, he is now proud to offer comprehensive orthodontic treatment at our practice with the highest degree of quality and customer service!
