Dr. Anthony Maiorana is an oral and maxillofacial surgeon and is originally from Girard, Ohio. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree (DDS) from the Ohio State College of Dentistry in 1995. Dr. Maiorana is a twenty-plus year military veteran. While on active duty, he completed a One-Year Advanced Education in General Dentistry program at Martin Army Community Hospital in Ft. Benning, GA. He also completed a four-year oral and maxillofacial surgery residency program at Madigan Army Medical Center in Ft. Lewis, WA. Dr. Maiorana’s last military assignment was as the Assistant Program Director of the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery training program at Eisenhower Army Medical Center in Ft. Gordon, GA. Dr. Maiorana is a diplomate of the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology, Fellow of the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology and a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He joined the team at Southeastern Dental Specialists in 2011. He has been married to his wife for 18 years and they have three beautiful children. In his spare time, Dr. Maiorana enjoys all sports, especially golf and boxing. He currently resides in the Fayetteville area.
