The pictures on the web are for a different location, which is not the one I'm doing a review on. I went to the office in Bayridge and what I'll say is don't let appearances fool you. Yes it's not a modern spa-like dentist's office but what it lacks in decor, they make up for it with customer service. Everyone is great and Dr. Arjun made me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend going here.

This review is loooong overdue. Dr. Arjun Mehta, his family and staff are all very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. More than once they’d gone the extra mile to help with my needs, either by accommodating me at unusual hours, or suggesting the best way to do something so I don’t need to expend extra.
I know it sounds weird, but it’s a pleasure to go to the dentist when it comes to this office. I wish them all the best and I hope they continue growing and offering an excellent service. I’d been their client for 2 years now.

Everyone at the office was very professional, helpful, and thoughtful. Dr Mehta's demeanor was always very kind and patient. He was very informative but gentle and checked up with me often to make sure I was doing okay. I haven't been to the dentist in over a decade and I have severe problems. I was very anxious but I have never felt so at ease at a dentist's office than with Dr. Mehta and his team.
I have another appointment but I feel very relieved to finally start taking care of my teeth, and to have found a dentist who is really nice.

I’m not a fan of the dentist and had actively avoided it for too long. I met with the Hygienist and Dr Mehta. Both were fantastic as were the rest of the team. Friendly, clean and professional service. I’ll definitely be going back and soon. Thank you.

It was a first time visit for me and my 14yr old daughter and everyone was very nice they were all very polite and professional. Dr. Mehta took his time explained everything thoroughly and made us feel very comfortable. His assistant was amazing she also took her time and was very gentle. Truly pleased with our visit! Definitely recommend!

I was a bit worried when I saw the outside but oh my gosh this dentist was great. He was super quick with my cleaning and was very friendly the entire time. Also, they let you pick what you want to watch on Netflix which is a nice perk.

I love the office. It's clean and comfortable. They have a tv in the room to watch during cleaning. The hygienist I saw was thorough and gentle and explained everything to me. Dr. Mehta is friendly and knowledgeable.

Dr. Mehta is the best! I've had a bad experience in NY with dentists. And I'm so lucky to have found Dr. Mehta It's the first time I've never felt scared going to the dentist and completely trust that he has my best interests at heart. He always takes the time to answer all my questions and walk me through everything that's happening. I have complicated teeth and I always trust him to make the right decisions!

It had been 3-4 years since my last dentist appointment, and I had a bit of anxiety about going in. Also, my insurance situation is a little different than normal insurance and it's new to me, so I'm still learning how it works. I found the office through my insurance website, but booked the appt. after reading the good reviews on Zocdoc. Dr. Mehta met me right when I got there, and he helped me through the forms himself before turning it over to the receptionist. He also personally informed me of the fees etc with the insurance, and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. He was super personable and kind, professional, and Maybeline the hygenist took great care of me. Very comprehensive cleaning, she walked me through every step and made sure I was very comfortable throughout. The office location on Avenue D is small but very nice, clean, seems to be newly renovated (or very well kept up) and was quite comfortable. I'm only disappointed that it took me this long to find Dr. Mehta! I couldn't recommend him any higher.

I visited Dental Place for a cleaning and a whitening procedure. I can't say enough nice things about this visit! The front-desk receptionist was kind, helpful, and friendly. The dental hygienist who performed my cleaning made sure I was comfortable and she explained her every move before doing anything. Dr. Mehta and the hygienist performed my first ever professional whitening procedure and while I had some teeth sensitivity, they were very attentive and adjusted for my comfort the entire time. I'm really happy with the results!! Great office and wonderful people, I highly recommend them.

Dr. Mehta were amazing. I came in with a wisdom tooth issue and depsite my insurance causing some problems they took care of me. My pain was eliminated after the first visit and Dr. Arjun Mehta took the necessary steps to remove my wisdom tooth with ease. He was very considerate and treated me like a friend. Highly recommend to anyone! Staff was great as well!
