About Dr. Arlenys Rodriguez

Dr. Arlenys Rodriguez was born and raised in Havana, Cuba, and still misses its beautiful beaches, especially Varadero, where she visited every year growing up. She is fluent in Spanish and English, and even studied a bit of French while in dental school back home. She completed dental school in Havana from 2010 to 2015, where she also received specialized training in orthodontics — a focus that has shaped much of her career. In 2016, Dr. Rodriguez and her husband moved to the United States, settling in Las Vegas the following year, drawn by the opportunity to return to dentistry and by the city's warmth. She went on to attend Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, graduating in May 2026. Dr. Rodriguez's connection to Celebrate Dental & Braces runs deep. She joined the company in April 2018, working alongside the orthodontic team before building toward her role as a dentist today. As one of Celebrate's founding team members, she helped open many of its offices and watched the company grow from the ground up. She credits Dr. Boyd, Dr. Lee, and Dr. Loveland with giving her one of the greatest opportunities of her life — for her, Celebrate isn't just work, it's home. What she finds most rewarding is the trust patients place in the team and the genuine energy they bring through the doors. Outside of work, Dr. Rodriguez treasures time with her husband and son, along with family and friends, and loves listening to music during her drives
