About Dr. Arshjot Ahuja
Arshjot Ahuja, DDS, FICOI, is a leading dentist in Los Angeles and New York, with locations in Long Beach, Culver City, and Rancho Cucamonga, and one of Southern California’s most qualified dentists.
Dr. Ahuja grew up in Los Angeles, where he spent the bulk of his time at his father’s dental practice. Dr. Ahuja followed in the footsteps of both his father and his older sister to become a dentist, receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco.
After dental school, Dr. Ahuja completed a general practice residency in New York City at St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital, where he received further education on trauma, sedation, and surgical procedures. He then completed a rigorous program in implant placement training at New York University. His education in implants continued when he was named the youngest fellow ever elected to the International Congress of Oral Implantology, an organization founded and run by the world’s foremost experts in dental implants.
Dr. Ahuja is a member of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and almost a dozen other dental professional fellowships and associations. In addition to his education and fellowships, Dr. Ahuja has been named an Elite provider by Invisalign.

My negative review is no reflection on the doctor! The staff in the office are unorganized and felt like a scam. My insurance confirmed that they accepted my insurance 24hrs before my appointment. I confirmed my insurance a second time online. The final time I was told my insurance was accepted was after receiving a call from the office staff. The very next day, I come into the office and I was told my insurance was not accepted and they immediately tried to push paying out of pocket.
Overall, this is the second office that has changed once I arrived in person to try and have me pay out of pocket and then told I can file a claim with my insurance to get my money back. The office is fuller smiles in Culver City! Please beware of dental offices and this type of bait and switch scam.
Once again, I never met the actual dentist, Dr Arsch, so this is no reflection on him.

I told the doctor that I had a cleaning the month before and that I didn't want a cleaning, only my cavities filled. Low and behold I find out that they billed my insurance for a cleaning. Great.

Dr. Ahuja was incredibly friendly and attentive. He did not use scare tactics to get me to buy into expensive procedures as ive experienced with other dentists. He was very honest and i could tell he knew what he was doing. Definitely will be returning for my next appointment!

The office had a friendly vibe, and I was seen right away. I had previously expressed that I had sensitive gums in my form, and that was one of the first concerns Dr. Ahuja addressed. Consequently, he gave me a topical numbing cream to help with the procedure. The ex rays were uncomfortable, but when are they not? Both technical assistants were very sweet as well. I need to go back for a procedure to help with receding gums, and I'm not that anxious about it.

Very detailed oriented and tries not to mess much with your teeth (avoided refilling told me pros/cons and monitor them till the time it is a must) but at the same time takes care of their overall health.

I think this doctor is great! I visited another dentist with the same issues and that dentist was too aggressive wanted to rehaul my whole mouth and would cost me lots of money. This one just want to save and made me much more comfortable with the treatment he recommended. 6???????????? as in stars!!!

Cool guy. Young and knowledgeable. Just wish he had a fancier office. They could use a couple TVs to make the time go by while you're getting worked on. Silly and minor complaint though really....

Dr. Arsh is superb! He is about the most relaxed dentist, ever. This will help make your visit better because it'll put you at ease. His assistant, Samira (I could be wrong with name) is just fantastic. They're both extremely gentle, trust me on this one because I've needed a ton of work. There's never a judgmental look, it's always nice and pleasant. Angie, his office manager is super nice and helpful. They'll never rush you out. Dr. Arsh comes from a long line of dentists, so he knows his field very well.
As for wait, I've had to wait maybe 15 minutes at the most?

I had to go to Zen Dentistry multiple times for several procedures (cleaning, scaling, wisdom tooth extraction, crown molding and crown placement) over the course of 2 months and was treated by Dr. Ahuja as well as several dentists working in the office. My experience with Zen Dentistry was fantastic. All the dentists and dental assistants were attentive, friendly and professional. The best part about this place is that they let you know exactly how much your insurance covers and how much you will have to pay out of pocket. There's absolutely no suprises when it comes to payment.

I had a great experience with Dr. Arsh. I was a first time patient and he made me very comfortable throughout the entire appointment and was was very clear and thorough. I will definitely be using him from now on. Wait time wasn't bad (about 10 minutes) and he and his staff were very friendly. Great dentist!

One of the easiest dentist apt's I've ever had. The location of my appointment changed but I didn't mind because it was closer to me. I was seen right away. The office is really nice, it's in the Chrysler Building.
Dr. Ahuja was very efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. I didn't have any cavities but he filled in my enamel erosion while he cleaned my teeth and he didn't include this as an extra charge!
I was very impressed and would definitely recommend Dr. Ahuja.
