I waited for nearly 30 mins to be seen only to have to leave because the office explicitly told me opposite directions more than once before I arrived. I had to reschedule and asked explicitly for the paperwork I would need before coming and my time was wasted. Then speaking to the doctor he gaslit me saying his staff told me information that was not shared.

I went to the dental office and the on the door it said open 9-3 on Saturday with appointment with which I had. The door was open but the lights were off and I called the phone and someone picked up and said they were closed but yet the front door and door going back to the dental area opened. The person on the phone said I should have been called to reschedule which I wasn’t. The whole reason I made the appointment was due to emergency. I now have to figure out what to do with my dental pain now that they did not live up to their word. Poor recommendation. If your were closed why just say that.

Dr. Ansari is seriously the nicest dentist I've ever been to. He's super patient and doesn't rush through things. I had a filling done and he made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I'd recommend him to anyone who hates the dentist (like me!)
