I had my consult two months ago. I had 8 cavities and needed a deep gum cleaning and a regular cleaning. We set an appointment to do all, two weeks later. When I arrived, they said they couldn't do all at once because my guns would bleed and I wanted tooth colored fillings. This made sense, but I have no idea why they didn't realize it sooner, we discussed which fillings at the first appointment.
So, I got only the gum cleaning and made another appointment. They cancelled on me the night before, after confirming the spot earlier that day.
So, I made ANOTHER appointment. They told me they'd fill all 8 fillings and do the regular cleaning.
When I arrived, they told me they had only made time for 4 fillings. That I would have to make ANOTHER appointment. I'm getting braces in three weeks and do not have time to come back again, but they do not care.
