I never thought health was in the cards for someone like me. I have been diagnosed with CPTSD due to long term parental abuse & neglect that impacted my dental health.
In my early 20’s, my jaw was nearly completely melted and my own neglect had pushed my teeth past the point of return it seemed. About Dr. Barnett Geller
With over 46 years of dental experience and 40 years specializing in the surgical placement and restoration of implants, I am committed to providing the highest quality care using only the latest technology. Our office features an in-office CT unit for implant evaluation-offered free to our patients. We are open almost every Saturday and Sunday for your convenience.
I am a graduate of New York University College of Dentistry, earning my Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. I completed my residency at The Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City and continued there as a Clinical Professor in the Crown and Bridge Department. Additionally, I received specialized training in implantology at Columbia University and New York University. I am a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry and have been honored with Best Dentist recognition for three consecutive years.
Our practice offers a comprehensive range of services, including general, cosmetic, implant, and major full-mouth reconstruction, as well as oral surgery procedures such as sinus lifts and apicoectomy surgery. Conscious sedation is available to ensure patient comfort, and we provide emergency dental care after hours.
Please note that we do not accept Medicaid, Union Plans, or HMOs. I am also a proud member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, dedicated to advancing excellence in dental care.

I highly and unquestionably recommend Dr. Geller. He was clear, concise, and effective in communicating and diagnosing. He laid out the options without bias and explained his thoughts. Further, he is compassionate and cares about his patients and dentistry. He followed up proactively multiple times on a busy weekend day after my appointment. His credentials speak for themselves, and I would trust him with any procedure. His wife (who works in the office) is similarly compassionate and effective.

After my visit I would suggest people find a different dentist on zocdoc. This doctor is very condescending and will only spend his time talking about how great he is and how bad all the rest of the new york dentists are. He will also keep telling you your insurance will not cover this and that even if your insurance does. I left this clinic with so much trauma.

Clean office and lovely dentist! He gave me thorough X-rays and explained the entire process. My cleaning was quicks and easy. He addressed all my dental concerns since I haven’t been to the dentist in a few years. Highly recommend, my teeth have never felt or looked better!

Dr. Geller was very kind and professional and listened to my concerns about my wisdom teeth. He gave me helpful insight about the different procedures and my options for treatment which made me feel much more informed about my wisdom teeth and how I should approach the process. Last week I went for my first consultation with Dr. Geller. I was nervous as it was my first dentist appointment since Covid. Dr Geller was so kind and made me feel at ease.
