Most relevant

The doctor explained my treatment plan and handed me prices on a sheet of paper. I was told my treatment out of pocket and agreed to it. I signed the paperwork agreeing to pay that amount. When I got to reception, I was charged almost double out of pocket because they ran the wrong insurance before presenting the prices to me and my treatment was actually NOT covered. They had already completed the treatment and the woman was incredibly rude when addressing payment. Never apologized and ignored my concern by saying “okay so what kind of card are you paying with”. This is the second time I’ve had payment issues with ORA and I will never be back. I would not recommend.
