The doctor was kind, and dental cleaning occurred smoothly, but office experience made me apprehensive. Front desk staff was unwelcoming and dismissive, so I won't return. Before seeing the dentist, my questions were answered very minimally. I would've appreciated a brief "We're going to take your X-rays. Then you'll have your cleaning. Then you'll see the dentist." I read a lot of strongly negative reviews, which made me suspicious of unexpected issues, but that didn't happen. When I left, I double-checked if I was good to go, and the person responded with "Idk ask them" and pointed at two other girls. She responded yes very briefly and dismissively, and I left. During the appointment, I asked if they were willing to clean my retainer for me. The technician said yes. The hygienist said yes, but no one did it. I was confused, but didn't request again.

I waited over two hours for my appointment. I got there on time and there was 6 people in the waiting room but no doctor in the practice. They were running late. Then it took for me to say something about my wait time after I saw people that came after me go in before me, for them to inform me they’re having trouble with their system and my insurance. I wasn’t even seen by the doctor. The dental assistant did my cleaning and decided not to waste more time after I was told the doctor would be with me shortly. Please be mindful of peoples time. Because that was extremely inconsiderate, I’ve been a new patient in a dentist office and it has never taken me almost three hours to complete an appointment.

I was impressed by quality of equipment they have. Being that they were very busy, they could use more doctors and assistants; so they can focus more on the patients. Being that they are equipped with state of the art equipment, I believe their prices are over the top.

Very new to zocdoc glad they were able to confirm that they take my insurance beforehand. The dentist was sweet took time to listen and be thoughful of any uncomfort. If you sign the previous documents it would be faster than it took me.
