About Dr. Boris Arbitman
Dr. Boris Arbitman has been providing high-quality orthodontic care and creating beautiful smiles in Queens, NY, and surrounding areas since 2005.
Having grown up in Forest Hills, Queens, he attended college at the University of Michigan from 1993 to 1997, where he majored in Psychology. After graduating with high honors, he returned to the Northeast and received his dental training at New York University College of Dentistry, earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree with honors in 2001. Upon completion of dental school, Dr. Arbitman furthered his training and experience in advanced dentistry and prosthetics through a residency in General Practice at Long Island College Hospital and St. Barnabas Hospital, where he served as Chief Resident. After completing his general practice residency, he moved to Florida's “First Coast” and completed his advanced postgraduate training in Orthodontics at Jacksonville University School of Orthodontics, graduating with a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics. Dr. Arbitman was selected as chief resident of his orthodontic class both years in Jacksonville. Upon graduating from his orthodontic program in 2005, Dr. Arbitman decided to leave the Sunshine State behind and return home to settle in New York.
Dr. Arbitman is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, and the Northeastern Society of Orthodontists. Additionally, he serves on the board of the New York State Society of Orthodontists and the Queens County Dental Society, where he has been the editor of their publication since 2007 as well as chairman of the children's dental health committee.

Do NOT book with this office via Zocdoc. The admin staff do not take into account the time you booked and will try to schedule you weeks in the future. They did not contact me to tell me they were not even in the office on the day I booked.
Very unfortunate that the admin staff are unable to use the digital system.

Its really difficult to find a physician who makes you feel so confident in his decision when it comes to "whats best for you". So im fortunate to say it was a pleasurable experience for me. Dr. Arbitman was highly recommended from a friend and i could see why. I will only do the same!
