I was welcomed with smiling faces. My wait time was less than 5 minutes. My visit exceeded my expectations. A problem I didn't know about was pointed out to me and taken care of immediately. The concern I had regarding my permanent metal retainer was taken care of also. I could not have been more pleased. Dr Brittain and Staff are kind, empathic, professional and thorough.

I had to change dentists and I am glad I did. The office is very clean and everybody was so friendly. the xrays were painless and the there was no waiting in between. Dr. Brittain I'd easy to talk to and explained things in a way I understood. I am so glad that I chose those office!

When I searched for a dentist near me, Dr. Brittain's office came up right away and had a 4.9 star rating. I read all the reviews and was convinced I found the right Dentist. The office was only 5 minutes from home, the wait time was like zero and the staff was amazing!!! Super friendly, outgoing and the doctor is a hoot! Super nice, very funny but professional and very personable. I found my dentist!!! I would highly recommend Dr. Brittain and his staff!!

I’ve had bad experiences in the past with dentists and have always put off going, but Dr. Bradley Brittain and his team changed that for me. I was able to get four proceeders done in one day and done every quickly. The whole staff was so friendly and very clear about what they were doing and why they were doing it. I highly recommend this office!!!

The Dental Hygienists are incredible! I had two very deep periodonic cleanings (hadn't been to Dentist in 8+ years!), It was literally painless! No discomfort from the dreaded pain shots! ExRays great, tech did a perfect job and it is state of the art immediate digital display. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. HIGHLY recommend!

I had had one bad experience after another with OTHER dentists in the past. I was determined to find a great dentist who I could trust. I extensively researched 3 different sites of the best, recommended dentists in the Phoenix area and read ALL the reviews. Dr. Brittain was recommended by three, different INDEPENDENT rating sources as one of the best. His staff proved to be extremely accomodating and scheduled me right away. I needed a crown and Dr. Brittain made one, fitted and secured it on my tooth on my first visit. I am extremely satisfied and Dr. Brittain will be my new dentist. Leslie L.

Going to this office is an all around outstanding experience. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and makes this usual dreadful appointment fun and pain free. Dr. Brittain is a very approachable dentist and made me feel comfortable. I’ve sent family and friends to this dentist because above all, I trust them and the people of this office have proven their integrity to their patients.

Doc and the team are extremely professional, great at what they do, and continue to provide excellent customer service. It’s hard to find a skilled cosmetic dentist and a practice that treats people well and Dentistry of Old Town Scottsdale does both!
