Dr. Callaway completed his dental school training at the University of Texas School of Dentistry at Houston in the prestigious Texas Medical Center. He is a member of the American Dental Association and Arizona Dental Association. His dental career has taken him full circle as he has practiced in Arizona, Oklahoma, Washington State and back to Arizona. The Callaways are from Pasco, WA and have six children.
