Kuhn and Dr. Harold Tu. The Institute merges the fields of facial cosmetic surgery and oral and maxillofacial surgery. Dr. Kuhn earned his Doctor of Medicine and Doctor of Dental Surgery degrees from the University of Nebraska. He completed an internship in General Surgery and a residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Nebraska as well. With over 25 years of surgical experience in Omaha, he is an associate professor at The Nebraska Medical Center and has trained the majority of oral and maxillofacial surgeons matriculating over the past 30 years from that Medical Center. The Facial Surgery Institute manages a wide variety of problems relating to the facial region, jaws, nose, ears, neck, mouth, and teeth. As both a physician and dentist, Dr. Kuhn combines treatments of the soft tissue of the face, skin, muscle, hard tissues of the face, mouth, jaws, bones, and teeth to maximize functional and esthetic outcomes. We feel our knowledge, training, experience, and wisdom lead to natural, functional, and esthetic results. We hope to earn your respect in an area that may be confusing.
