“Dr. Lewis hasn’t personally worked on my teeth yet (he’s an oral surgeon who’s going to remove my wisdom teeth but I first needed a cleaning) but during our consultation I felt cared for and confident in his knowledge and expertise. I’m looking forward to my next appointment with him. At this appointment I met with one of the hygienists Marina who took such good care of me. I have serious dentist anxiety so it’s been a couple years but Marina was very gentle, gave me a stress ball, let me choose a show to watch on the ceiling tv, and thoroughly talked me through everything she was doing while explaining why it was important for my overall teeth health. Everyone was extremely nice and kind at Smile Lab and I am telling all my friends with dental anxiety to get cared for here!”

I was led to this office under false pretenses. For starters, I booked with Dr. Cameron Lewis for a wisdom tooth issue, did I see him? NO! (I was told he is only in on Thursday's) I met Dr. Basseri who was nice however, not who I was there to see, respectfully. I went through with the speedy consultation and I was able to book Dr. Lewis for treatment with ease. I was led into a room to discuss the treatment plan and NOW THEY AREN’T IN NETWORK FOR ORAL SURGERY ?!?! I beg your pardon? You have your offerings listed as in-network on Zocdoc but when I book the necessary consult, I get a different doctor and new financial obligations? Might I add, in an attempt to keep me from writing this review, they marked me as a no show! I had to call Zocdoc to have it reversed. Tricked me then tried to silence me?!?! Avoid this place.

This is actually my 2nd time smile lab. My first visit at the was great. After that first , I’m not satisfied why because every cleaning is with a different hygienist some of them clean your teeth properly and some don’t now the hygienist that I had last Friday wasn’t great my teeth was too properly cleaned. The doctor came in before cleaning and checked my x-rays told me that I needed a filling. I’m used to getting the cleaning first and then having the doctor go what I needed work on. I’m not used to having different doctors every time I come as well I originally booked with the specific doctor and I received a different dentist she was really nice had good bedside manner. arrived I waited 15-20 to be seen, they also didn’t find my profile was a bit weird. cleanliness it seemed a little bit awkward that the dental cleaning utensils were a bit wet previously before I arrived. I feel like they should wait till the patient enters the room to replace all dental cleaning supplies.

I met Dr. Lewis after I had a terrible pain in jaw, which turn to be an impacted wisdom tooth problem, same day he was able to extract that tooth with nitrous gas to reduce my anixity, definetly recommend Dr. Lewis.
