Dr. Cappie Baker graduated at the top of her class from Meharry Medical College School of Dentistry and earned dual certifications in Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry from UCLA, along with a Master’s in Oral Biology. Her expertise allows her to provide comprehensive treatment for all ages. Inspired by her work with Train4Autism, Dr. Baker developed a deep passion for supporting individuals on the Autism spectrum. She professionally trained and employed a brilliant young man with Autism for over a decade, an experience she found incredibly rewarding. After more than 30 years of providing orthodontic care across four generations in her community, Dr. Baker retired from private practice, grateful for the trust and support of her patients. Now, she is excited to bring her expertise in Traditional Braces and Invisalign to the Palm Springs community. She is committed to patient-centered care, offering a gentle and compassionate approach while providing multiple treatment options, including Pre-Phase I, Phase I, Comprehensive Adolescent and Adult Treatment, and Advanced Surgical and Complex Multispecialty cases.
