The appointment felt very informative and I received the necessary care quickly (walked in and I didn't even sit down before I was taken to my appointment room). The hygienist completed my cleaning and she was very nice and sweet. Dr. Demetree came in to view my X-rays and evaluate my teeth at the end, and I found her very nice. Overall, looking forward to my next visit! ”

The office contacted me 2 hrs prior to my appointment and told me I was seeing a different doctor. I asked was my insurance accepted by the new doctor and was told yes. Everything would remain the same which it didn't. Then they charged me out of pocket and charged my insurance for out of network expenses. I would never recommend this office to anyone. The manger said she would correct the issue and get back to me which she never did.

The office was very clean, the waiting room was comfortable, and the staff were very very sweet and supportive. I have a lot of dental anxiety and it wasn’t as bad as I expected it to be and that is thoroughly on the staff I interacted with. The dental hygienist was really nice and thorough. The doctor was very kind and clear about what was happening, what my options were, and the treatment plan. No one judged me for the length of time it had been since I’d seen a dentist either which is priceless. Highly recommend if you’re nervous about it.

I can't describe how amazing Carletta was. I needed to do an extraction and told her I had a traumatizing experience with a former dentist that caused my anxiety. She walked me through the procedure, was extremely patient and encouraging, and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. It was a tough tooth, but I didn't feel any pain, and towards the end, I was relaxed. It's one thing to have a doctor who knows what they are doing, but extra points to have one who knows how to care for their patients. I will start my dental journey with her, and I'm looking forward to it. Highly recommend her!

I was hesitant to book through Zocdoc, but ended up having a very positive experience.
If you typically dread cleanings, Marie was incredibly gentle. The most gentle cleaning I’ve ever had.
The office had no wait time, the staff was kind and attentive, and they even gave me a little goody bag with a toothbrush and dental stuff.
Only downside: the dentist I booked with wasn’t the one who saw me, but I didn’t mind. Also, the appointment times listed on Zocdoc weren’t accurate, so I’d recommend confirming directly with the dentist before booking.

I’ve had mixed experiences with this office but a good experience with Dr. Demetree. I had chip and Dr. Malhotra (the primary dentist on site) fixed it but he did it too thin and it wasn’t strongly bonded (it was a rushed job because he was running over an hour late for our appmt). I went back & said it felt too thin - he said I needed to get used to it because it wouldn’t get better than that… but if something had to change he would need to redo the whole thing. I knew something was still off but I accepted his professional perspective. Two days later the tooth re chipped bigger than the original chip I came in with!
Dr. Demetree heard my concern and initially also seemed to think I needed to get used to the newness of the tooth but after really looking she saw the problem and did a really great job fixing it. The tooth feels strong and I’m not concerned with it rechipping.
I also got best cleaning I’ve ever had in this office. Great hygienist!

I went here with my wife to get some pain in her gums checked out. Everyone here was very kind and helpful. Definitely will be coming back for regular checkups and would highly recommend others coming here.

Unfortunately, my experience here was not great, and it honestly felt like a scam. I booked the appointment after zocdoc said that it was in-network. I show up to my appointment and the office claimed they had tried to reach me over the phone but the call did not go through. I have no issues with my cell service, and also they had my email information and could have reached me over email. They did not leave a voicemail.
They said that my insurance was in-network but I had to pay up front. Come to find out my insurance is out of network and it was not covered by insurance.
Then, I saw a doctor that I did not make an appointment with and the office did not even acknowledge it, I had to point it out. My cleaning was very quick and hardly thorough compared to other cleanings that I have had. The doctor spent maybe 15 minutes with me maximum and it felt rushed.
The staff are very friendly so I hate to leave a bad review but I won't be going back.
