About Dr. Carrie Giuliano

Dr. Giuliano has been practicing dentistry in New York City since graduating from the State University at Buffalo's School of Dental Medicine in 2003. Dr. Giuliano completed her residency training at Long Island College Hospital in Brooklyn, New York. During her residency she worked with an extensive array of patients ranging from patients with special needs, pediatric patients, patients requiring full mouth rehabilitation in an operating room setting, and patients in a long-term care facility. Dr. Giuliano was an attending at Long Island College Hospital and volunteered her time at Cobble Hill Nursing Center, which is a long-term care facility in Brooklyn, New York.
In order to keep herself current with the newest procedures, Dr. Giuliano participates in continuing education courses each year as well as being an active member of the American Dental Association, New York County Dental Society, and the Academy of General Dentistry. She was also inducted into Cambridge Who's Who Registry for her accomplishments thus far in her career. Her compassion and caring for each individual patient has helped Dr. Giuliano build a dedicated patient following.

I did have to wait about 10 minutes to be seen, but that's only because I arrived a little early. This was my first time seeing Dr. G and I had a great experience. The hygienist seemed to do a thorough job on the cleaning, and she consistently asked for my level of pain to make sure that I was doing okay. Just an FYI, there is a small reservation "fee" for new patients, but it's really just a deposit - it gets refunded after the first appointment (as long as you show up).

Dr Guliano is my favorite dentist. She is gentle, personable always does a complete and thorough exam, plays relaxing music, her office staff are helpful and friendly. I have been seeing her since 2001 when she saved me right before New Years Eve on a friday at 5pm! My husband and son also see her and my son says she is his favorite dentist. She treated 4 cavities on his back molars when he was 3 years old. He was relaxed and she did the procedure and he did not cry one bit. I was more nervous than he was! She was great! We now live in LA and my son wants to see her next time we are back in NYC.

Had a very warm, welcoming experience with Dr Carrie Guiliano - not the adjectives I'd usually use to describe a dentist appointment! All of her staff were friendly, and her office was well equipped. Multiple pictures were taken during my first appointment, and I really felt like she knew what was happening with my teeth. I also felt that thought was taken to how to make patients comfortable (really loved the massage function in the chair).
At the end, she walked me through what was happening with my teeth (turns out they're misaligned), and I signed up for Invisalign. Dr. Guiliano is the first dentist to give me a non-cosmetic reason to get Invisalign... she pointed out the potential for enamel deterioration if I didn't straighten my teeth.

Dr Guiliano and her staff were very professional and thorough, and were thus very unlike my previous dentists who rushed through everything and didn't seem to care a whole lot. This was my first visit, but I think Dr. Giuliano is going to be great!

Dr. Giuliano and her staff were wonderful. I visited the office three times and I never had to wait more than a few minutes before I was seen. The office was clean, the staff was really nice and friendly, I got all financial information about the cost of the procedure well in advance. Everything was precisely was calculated when it came to insurance payment. Dr. Giuliano is great - from administering local anasthaesia to the actual procedure that she did for me (a coupld of fillings and also removal/ replacement of amalgams). Highly recommend! Only great things that I can say about Dr. Giuliano. Thank you!

I was pleased with my treatment there. This was the most amount of time I've ever received with a dentist--in my past experience at other locations the hygienist does everything and the dentist rushes in and out. She was very thorough, and explained what she was doing. She starting by asking questions that allowed me to give full information about why I was there (a cleaning, but I had some concerns about other things) instead of just diving right in. I will definitely continue to book appointments here.

I've been going to Carrie for the past 1.5 years - she's very attentive, personable, and engaged. It was my first visit to Dr. Giuliano. I really enjoyed the experience. Dr. Giuliano's team is very professional in terms of booking appointments, verifying insurance plans, and asking pre-consultation questions. They also sent out reminder and confirmation to make sure I could be there on time. They took their time to listen to my requests that I had to be in and out within one hour due to work. And they were fully prepared when I arrived.
During the consultation, Dr. Giuliano explained the agenda of the session and asked me if I had any questions. The staff Rosa took X-ray for me. She's very gentle and attentive. Dr. Giuliano took a deep look at my x-ray and explained everything in details for me and also came up with treatment plans. Due to my work, I asked if they could make some adjustment on my future appointments and Dr. Giuliano was very patient-oriented and agreed to coordinate with my schedule.
The entire visit was very pleasant. It was just the first visit but I am gonna say something that I only would say after a fancy fine dining dinner, "Thank you, I had a great time."

It had been several years since my last visit to a dentist, and I was very nervous about it. I am so glad I went to Dr. Carrie Giuliano. She was very welcoming and very thorough. She showed me all of the X-rays and explained what needed to be fixed in a very easy to understand manner without being judgmental. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

I had been going to the same dentist for over 20 years. The service I received here was welcoming and I was very comfortable making the switch. She found issues with work the previous dentist did and showed me everything on the digital X-rays. I am very happy with my new dentist!!

Very professional and attentive. My previous dentist messed up a filling (and the anesthesia unfortunately) which Dr. Giuliano fixed. I like that she even participated in the cleaning with her assistant, which I've never had before. Sending my significant other to them for his next check up.
