About Dr. Catherine Mentesana
Dr. Catherine Mentesana is the owner of All Smiles Dentistry in Allen, Texas. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Texas A&M University's Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas. After dental school, she and her husband worked together to open All Smiles Dentistry in Allen, Texas, which welcomed its first patients in 2001.
Over the years, Dr. Mentesana has dedicated her time to treating patients in Allen while raising her two daughters, both graduates of Allen High School. She and her husband have been deeply involved in the Allen community, each receiving the Rotary Paul Harris award. All Smiles Dentistry was also one of the early sponsors of the Foundation for Allen Schools.
Today, Dr. Mentesana enjoys mentoring her staff and providing care to her patients. Outside the office, she loves scuba diving, traveling, and spending quality time with her children and grandchildren. She also volunteers at a clinic in Roatan, Honduras, giving back through her dental expertise.

Our entire family has been seeing Dr. Mentesana for over 20 years. It’s always been a warm and inviting atmosphere and extremely professional. The treatment and the treatment plans have always been explained, discussed and planned out when they were necessary. I highly recommend this for you and your family.
