About Dr. Catherine Paez
BOARD-CERTIFIED GENERAL AND COSMETIC DENTIST
My profession means the world to me. I have always liked contact with people and being a dentist allows me that. At the same time, being a dentist allows me to create healthier smiles—and to share smiles with those in my care.
Throughout my career, I have come to realize that the most satisfying thing is when a patient demonstrates their appreciation for helping them at the moment they most needed it. I am glad to be here for my patients—they mean so much to me!
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
I graduated from Universidad Metropolilana in Barranquilla, Columbia and practiced dentistry in Columbia before moving to the United States. Here, I completed additional courses and training at the Florida Institute for Advanced Dental Education.
As a dentist, I enjoy working with a diverse population and learning my patients’ stories. Whether we’re talking about their families, careers, latest vacation, or their day, my patients share their lives and experiences with me. I appreciate those connections and how they create trust.
Those conversations also help me understand how best to help my patient. Each has specific expectations and concerns. It is important I learn what they do and do not want in order to provide the care they desire. My goal is to help my patients achieve beautifully healthy smiles so they are confident in their appearance, and to do so in a way that works with their lives and expectations.
CONTINUING EDUCATION
Dentistry is a constantly advancing field. Research leads to new insights, techniques, technologies, and materials, all of which may improve my patients’ health and wellbeing.
Throughout the year, I complete a range of continuing education courses to keep updated on the latest developments and assess new and emerging trends. This ensures I am providing patients with the best treatment options available.

By far the best dental practice I've ever been to! Clear Smiles Dental is MY new dental practice, and I will recommend it to everyone I know.

The most welcoming and friendly staff. Service is awesome Delia Coley is the best hygienist in South Florida and Dr. Catherine Paez is just amazing. Their membership is good so far if you dont't have insurance What I like most is that they are honest, no pyscho terror or hidden fees, at least in my experience so far.

Amicus was great! I got an appointment quickly, and everyone was so friendly at the office. My doctor and hee team took great care of me and gave good advice for my dental care. I'm (almost) looking forward to my return in 6 months for my next cleaning!

This is the only dentist I have ever loved and trusted entirely. I recommend them to anyone looking for a permanent dentist office, they are always so sweet and quick with their services. I highly appreciate this office and commend them for their care for their patients.
