“She was very nice and I felt like I was in good hands. I appreciated her knowledge and could tell she knew what she was talking about. That being said, the bed side manner was a little disorganized. Having multiple dental issues to discuss and go forward with- I feel the information provided to me and the plan we decided on together could have been better handled. Going to the dentist is very overwhelming for me and others already, so having someone look so scared and doing anything but help calm you down, is a little scary. ”

Dr. Chandra Kodey is a University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) trained, board-certified General, Cosmetic, and Implant Dentist. She is passionate about practicing dentistry as both a science and an art. Dr. Kodey earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from CODS, India, and her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from UCSF. She also completed a residency in Implant Dentistry at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
Since 2006, Dr. Kodey has been practicing General, Cosmetic, and Implant dentistry in the San Francisco Bay Area. To be a great dentist takes more than technical skills-it requires compassion, commitment, and an artistic bent of mind. Dr. Kodey is the best dentist I have had. She is kind, understanding, empathizes with the patient, and builds a level of trust that calms any anxiety going into extraction or other procedures.

I went to Dr.Kodey's office today for cleaning. The staff were really nice and attentive, Dr.Kodey seemed experienced and took time to address my concerns and answer my questions and was not rushed at all which is very important to me. I will go back for some fillings and will update my review.

Dr. Kodey is so personable and explains everything. It makes my 6 month visits feel very valuable, not to mention the clean teeth feeling. She tries to be as sensitive to pain as possible and has a very gentle hand. Her techs and front office staff are phenomenal and so nice, too.

Dr. Kodey's office is bright, clean, modern, and the staff is incredibly friendly. My appointment was short and went smoothly. Dr. Kodey did a great job explaining the ins and outs of my dental situation and the possible risks she sees (and things I can do to mitigate). Overall a great experience.

Dr. Kodey is a fantastic doctor with a wonderful bedside manner. I had a nearly painless wisdom tooth extraction that healed beautifully. Plus she does a wonderful job with my cavities - no discomfort or rough edges. Her staff are all very polite as well.
Dr. Kodey is a perfectionist.

Dr. Kodey was excellent, she explained everything in detail. I loved that she showed me pictures of my teeth while explaining the problems. I have always had trouble finding a dentist that I like, and I will definitely keep going back to Dr. Kodey.
