About Dr. Chih Hui Lee
We utilize the latest state-of-the-art technology for dental cleanings, including high-end ultrasonic devices and the newest laser treatments for optimal results. We offer a 10-year warranty on all of our crowns, ceramic, BPA-free Bis-GMA-free fillings, and veneer work, provided patients maintain routine cleaning and maintenance appointments. Our implants are placed by a dental implant specialist (periodontist) using high-end Straumann and Neodent implants.
With over 4,000 5-star Google reviews, we employ FDA-approved AI technology to detect cavities with high precision and accuracy. The dentist that Zocdoc had online was not the one they sent me to. The address was the same, but the dentist was different. The dentist was professional and very knowledgeable, but I went into the office for a basic deep cleaning, and they attempted to upcharge me for numerous additional services that were not necessary at that time. The front office was not as knowledgeable and seemed to be pulling numbers out of the air for prices that did not match what I was recently quoted at another dentist's office. Previously, I had been with the same dentist for fifteen years, and I had been searching for a new dentist's office near my home since they relocated. This dental appointment was a disappointment and a waste of time because I left without receiving the deep cleaning I had gone for.

This doctor is extremely dishonest. They have you wait for an excessive amount of time. I went in thinking I had TMJ and instead was told I have several cavities, needed a deep cleaning, all wisdom teeth pulled, and need Invisalign. Do not go to franchises. Go to a clinic with a reliable dentist that isn’t trying to make money off of you and wants you to receive good necessary care instead of manipulating and fear-mongering you into extensive treatments. All of the diagnoses were contradicted by other dentists. They wasted my time and money and after looking at other reviews that they keep deleting, I’m not the first victim.

My overall experience at the office was pleasant. The doctor was nice and the dental hygienist walked me through my chart and treatment options in a straightforward way.
However, when they recommended an extensive treatment plan, I was taken aback. I am 27 and have never so much as had a cavity. I decided to get a second opinion at a different healthcare provider. The other dentist, who has similar ratings, did a full oral exam. He recommended a simple cleaning. I asked about the specifics of the other dentists' recommendations and the other dentist told me that he did not agree. It seems that Urbn Dental really emphasizes fearmongering as a way of increasing their revenue.

They have a parking garage on Travis st (validated). I LOVE this dental office. The X-ray tech did a couple of X-ray images, 3D imaging, and a different type of imaging. My dental hygienist (Krysta (spell check)) really made my visit. She was so informative and explained gum and periodontal health extensively. Even with the pokey-gum device, she was super gentle, which is not the norm. I wouldn’t be surprised if she previously worked with children because she was so gentle and patient. I also appreciated Dr. Lee and his preventative measures for tooth calcification. These topics have never been covered with me at other dental offices so I appreciate the education.

Dr. Lee was a great communicator who explained all of my conditions very well and thoroughly. Calm and knowledgeable, knows what you need and how to make you feel comfortable. My biggest crush was however the entire team. Such a friendly and competent team of assisting professionals that made my experience so much easier. Nashwa in particular, the dental hygienist I had, was adorable and the reason I had such a good time. 100% recommend going here

I booked my 1:00 pm appointment with Dr. Lee. The staff was great, the nurse took my blood pressure, then x-rays and she measure my gum loss. I waited a while for the Doctor and once he arrived, I notice it wasn't Doctor Lee, but it was Dr. Canchola whom I did not schedule an appointment with. I am a new patient and your staff never told me that Dr. Lee didn't work at the Katy office when I uploaded and summited my health records. I was misled! I will be contacting my insurance company and and I'd like to have a full refund.
