I am TERRIFIED of going to the dentist. I have never liked it even as a child. My experience has always been dentists who shame and/or push for work just to meet their quota.
Immediately upon entering the office I felt at ease. The woman who checked me in was sweet, professional, and efficient.
The hygienists were patient and comforting when I explained my nerves.
Dr. Ahmad was exactly what I was looking for. She communicated extremely clearly and had wonderful bedside manner, continuously checking to see how I was doing. She made sure I didn't feel any discomfort and also reminded me that a good dentist should never make you feel shame.
I am so excited to have a dentist I know will continue to help me build and maintain good habits.

Very positive experience, the office always has appointment availability, there is never a wait longer than five minutes after checking in, the dentist has the best bedside manner that I have ever experienced with a dentist- completely non-judgmental and is an excellent active listener, and they are so accommodating with fixing any problems that arrive following dental work.

Nice office, with a kind and knowledgeable staff that is interested in providing quality care to their patients without shame or guilt, and at a pace set by their patients. I'm so grateful to come to this office for my dentistry needs.

Amazing clinic and staff, was really struggling to find a good dentist and office in my area and tried a couple before finding Roscoe family dental. Dr. Christin Ahmad was thorough and kind and did a great job explaining things. Her dental assistant/hygienist was wonderful and accommodating and really lead to a positive experience. The front desk secretary and staff were kind and the office itself is very clean and up to date. Will definitely be coming here for as long as I’m in the Chicago area. A clinic I can trust with all my dental care!

I had not been to a dentist in a while and was very nervous going in. 1. It was way quicker than I expected. With X-rays and the exam and the cleaning, I believe I was out of there after 30 min! And it felt like I still received quality care. 2. I was upfront with them all about how long it had been since my last appt. They were all great about it! No shame or guilt. (I’ve had not so great experiences with past providers, so this was important to me.)
Overall, I’m excited to get my dental health back on track and I feel good about the treatment plan we developed!

After not having a dentist for the past few years after my car accident, I was pleasantly surprised with the Family Dental of Roscoe! All of the staff was very friendly and communicated with me well and helped me understand how to maintain and clean my implants/bridge better. It was also very generous of my dentist to add more tape over the screws where my implants are because the filling previously fell out after getting my implants done a few years ago. Overall the experience was great!

Dr. Ahmad was extremely competent and honest. I have been to way too many dentists who have tried to talk me into unnecessary expensive procedures, but she is not this way. She is someone who cares about her patients’ well-being and not about the money. It was a great experience, and I will be back again!
