Dr. Banks and his staff alike are The Real MVP. They took x-rays of my mouth, got to the problem and pulled 2 wisdom teeth in efficient time. I didn't feel a thing, I couldn't believe it. Dr. Banks is a top tier Dentist.

Dr. Banks listens to your concerns. He lets you listen to your own music during your procedure. He strives to make his patients comfortable during your procedure ,to lessen your anxiety. I am a person that demands communication when it comes to my health and any business matters (doctors, dentist, hospitals).
If I had to suggest improvements I would say the staff should have better communication with the patients concerning insurance approvals, follow up calls to patients that had dental work ( extractions, dentures) or waiting on dental work. It would make the clients feel more appreciated and trusting to know they have someone that is taking care of the lime they would like they family or even themselves to be treated.

I have only been once but Dr. Banks has very good bedside manners , his staff is very professional. Dr. Banks explained about my teeth that no one else had ever done. I have Crohn's and he listened to me as well as knowing about Crohn's.

too put is straight i have never been treated like patient who has money and insurance like someone who don't work or no morale for him or herself. Very unprofessional the dentist did not have the common courtesy to come greet me base on insurance which by the way i use ZocDoc to reschedule my appointment. I felt so belittle about my choice and me seeking service. Never agian
