Dr. Christopher Lim attended the University of California, Irvine, where he completed his undergraduate studies before moving to Philadelphia to complete his education at Temple University. Here, his outstanding clinical abilities were recognized by colleagues and professors alike. Since earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, Dr. Lim has continually expanded his extensive knowledge, earning his Doctorate in Dental Medicine to enhance his expertise. Committed to patient care, Dr. Lim advances his skills through continuing education courses in which the latest techniques and technologies are discussed and demonstrated.
Hillside Dental was founded by Dr. Lim in 2005. Since we began serving residents of the Las Vegas area, we have remained focused on the provision of gentle, compassionate care and the use of the highest quality materials and proven techniques. Feedback from our patients confirms that our practice is well designed and our methods comforting. Dr. Lim has been regarded by his patients as attentive to their needs, caring, and professional.
Creating healthy, beautiful smiles is something Dr. Lim is very passionate about. Additionally, he finds great joy in creating works of art. Dr. Lim is married & has three daughters with whom he loves to spend time in a city they have called home for more than a decade.

First time I have walked into a dentist office with an appointment to get my basic cleaning done and have walked out without cleaning. The whole appointment revolved around telling me I need deep cleaning and for that my insurance won’t cover it. The one that my insurance cover was not done as they said it won’t be beneficial enough. Instead I was handed a huge bill telling me what is working with my teeth and everything that I need to get done. This is not a dentist office, this is a business. Don’t be fooled by the friendly staff.

Office staff, Linda, was awesome and made me feel really comfortable once I arrived. Before I saw Dr. Lim, I had to have exrays' done and the person I saw was extremely patience with me because my gag reflex is really sensitive. She was very kind as well. Dr. Lim was very caring and explained everything that was going on with my teeth and what the next steps were needed to get my teeth taken care of. Very one at the was very professional and I love their waiting room. It felt like I was in my own living room and not in a sterile run of the mill dental office.

Dr. Lim and his staff were fantastic. First time going to a dentist in 10 years and they made sure I was very comfortable and made sure to tell me exactly what they were going to do. Danny was very patient with me and made sure I was never in unnecessary pain (especially while dealing with needles). Definitely plan on continuing to go here.

Everyone at the office was so nice to chat with. Dr. Lim had me looking at my teeth on the TV screen and talking about a game plan for keeping them healthy for the long run. It was super helpful to see how my teeth look up close to see how they are looking and what we want to do to make them even better looking.

I found the most caring, calming, friendly, modern and state of the art dental office in Vegas. I went with my gut after reading all the 5 star reviews on ZocDoc about this office, and I am so happy I did. From reception, to 3D scan/Xray techs, and exam with Dr. Lim, I am not anxious at all, like I usually am. I would dread going to the dentist, but I thought I broke a molar, instead a piece of my filling broke off. I still had 2 metal fillings that needed to be changed, and I was told by my previous dentist that my current crown needed to be changed, too. Dr. Lim said my current crown is still good, but I do need a crown for the opposite tooth. Dr. Lim was able to do all three fillings, and my crown in one visit right after his assistant did my cleaning and laser treatment for my gums. I am impressed with everyones bedside manner, and the pleasant family feeling from the entire office. Thank you Hillside Dental ??????

Hillside Dental was recommended to me by a friend. I hadn't been to a dentist in 10 years. I went to their office for the first time and was scared to death. Dr. Lim listened to my concerns, assessed my current status and developed a plan to improve my dental health. The office manager is incredibly knowledgeable about my insurance and used Dr. Lim's assessment to plan my appointments/procedures based on what my plan would cover and what I could afford. Their kindness allowed me to feel safe and not judged for being away from the dentist chair for so long! That was 5 years ago and even though I live in The Centennial side of town now, I still make the trip to Hillside Dental.

I love how efficient the office is run without sacrificing friendliness. Dr. Lim is wonderful about letting me know exactly what he is going to be doing so nothing is a surprise and his staff always makes me feel comfortable. Even when the office is busy I never have to wait long nor does he ever make me feel rushed.

Hillside Dental is simply THE BEST. I was visiting from austin and had to get an emergency root canal...well let me back up...I was vising from austin and had CRAY CRAY tooth pain. tried two different antibiotics and even a steroid and nothing helped. Dr. Lim was able to fit me in and made room to do the root canal that was necessary. Not only was he helpful, funny and professional, but he was confident in his work and that put me at ease. The entire staff at Hillside Dental was so nice, helpful, friendly, and professional. If I lived here I would tell everyone I know to see him Dr. Lim and his staff.

All that you can ask from a dentist!!! Dr. Lim has been my dentist ever since I moved from NY. He is thoughtful, caring, takes time to thoroughly explain and work through any dental procedures. Office hours are extremely convenient and you will never feel rushed. I had an emergency root canal that ended up keeping Dr. Lim for more than an hour after normal office hours and he did not skip a beat. You can tell he is passionate about his work and cares about his patients. The office staff and dental hygienist also deserve 5 stars. Appointments are confirmed a day prior by personal phone calls, bills clearly itemized, biannual cleanings always a pleasure. With dental offices all over the valley, i'm glad i stumbled on this one.

The best dentist I've been to. They've made every appointment easy for me. Dr. Lim and his staff care so much for their patients that they treat them like family. I got my invislign from them and he made it so fun and easy for me to enjoy the thought of wearing braces. Every appointment I've had so far have been fast. From getting a cleaning to just getting a new set of aligners. I love Hillside Dental. I totally recommend them if you want an awesome dentist to go to.

Awesome dentist. Very friendly staff from Gail to Melissa. The office is a little out of the way for me but well worth it. Everyone should experience what I have when going to a dentist, no anxiety, Dr. Lim is the best!
