“My dental tech was patient and thorough and answered my questions. She was gentle during the x-ray part and helped make it a smooth process with very little discomfort. Dr. Ziegele heard my concerns and addressed each one, helped me feel good about how I had cared for my teeth, and made the experience pleasant. I am actually looking forward to going back for my cleaning. I didnt know I could actually be excited to go to the dentist. Thank you also to the front desk team, they were warm amd welcoming. ”

“Friendly, polite and professional staff with good team work and communication skills. The hygienist Lilly that completed my X-rays and gum exam was gentle and patient. She put me at ease and thoroughly explained answers to my question. Dr Z also has excellent “bedside” manner. He provided explanations, options(including necessity of urgency vs it can wait without detriment) the pricing was clear and they include product that could be used but may not be so there will not be any surprises except a lower bill. They did not make me feel judged for any of my lifestyle influences(lack of recent care, inconsistent flossing etc) they gave good stepping stones for better dental health. Pretty pain free which I appreciate.”

Dr. Ziegele has a wonderful bedside manner. He’s friendly and welcoming. I struggle with dental anxiety and I was nervous. However, half way through the appointment I felt at complete ease with him. His dental assistant was fabulous!
