“Dental emergencies are stressful, especially when you’re already in pain. They got me seen quickly and made sure I was comfortable. The dentist explained everything clearly and walked me through my options.
The price was a little higher than I expected, but they offer payment plans and were willing to work with my financial situation, which I truly appreciated. That flexibility made a big difference for me.
Overall, I felt cared for and respected. I would definitely recommend them if you need quality dental care in San Francisco.”

About Dr. Ci Yen Joanna Man
Dr. Joanna Man knows the dentist’s chair isn’t everyone’s favorite place, which is why she does her best to make each visit a relaxed and even positive experience. With a combined focus on clear communication, gentle care, and high-quality dentistry, she helps patients feel comfortable and cared for every step of the way.
She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree with honors from the University of Toronto and completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency with Maine Medical Center and Tufts University. She has cared for patients from many different backgrounds, including in public health clinics, with low-income families, and through outreach programs serving Indigenous and Caribbean communities.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Man enjoys singing and cooking, believing that music and food are universal languages that bring people together.
