Good: book appointment that day before and they were available, organized check-in, friendly staff, good cleaning experience
What I didn’t like: it felt like I was being sold stuff I didn’t need. I’ve had 3 consistent dentists throughout my life and none of them have been “salespeople”, especially on the first visit.

It turned out that I needed two crowns. Dr. Campbell clearly explained why, and also pointed out other issues that needed attention. The kind of imaging technology they use and the images they share with the patient make it easy to understand what the doctor is saying. I was in the office for over 4 hours, but there was scarcely any wait time. I got a full set of x-rays, teeth cleaning, and prep for the crowns. I also got temporary crowns put in.
All of the staff and medical personnel --- front desk people, hygienist, and dentist's assistant were very competent, friendly, and clear in their communication.
