I do not recommend this office or Dr. Gibson. My teeth have always been naturally straight, and I only got a retainer because my dentist said it would help with grinding. From the moment I got their retainer, my teeth started shifting. I went back multiple times saying something was wrong, but they kept insisting it was fine while my teeth got worse. Dr. Gibson eventually shaved my teeth, took a new impression, made an “aggressive retainer,” and then asked for a 5-star review—despite one tooth turning inward and my bite becoming misaligned. The new retainer didn’t fix anything. The material feels cheap and did nothing to help. At my last visit before moving, he blamed my relocation instead of acknowledging the year-long issues. Now my teeth are crooked, my bite is off, and I have to pay to fix damage that never should’ve happened. I would not recommend this place at all.

It as our first but we plan on returning. My kids liked the massage chairs. Staff are very friendly. No trying to upsell. My youngest thought he needed braces but doctor was honest with him he didn’t lol??

I had a great experience here. My Invisalign only took 9 months to complete. The results are really nice and the process was easy. Dr. Gibson's office is really nicely appointed with massage chairs and complimentary coffee and soda. I highly recommend!

Overall a great experience. The massage chair, coffee, and snacks were appreciated. Dr. Gibson was very informational, but didn't waste my time trying to be a "sales person" like some of the other orthodontists I visited. I've made my choice to go with Dr. Gibson and I'm glad I did.
