Dr. Connor Despot was born and raised in Southern Louisiana. He earned a Doctorate of Dental Medicine in Florida. After graduating from dental school, Dr. Despot continued his education by earning a Master of Science in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics from Seton Hill University. As an Orthodontist, Dr. Despot looks forward to creating smiles that change people’s lives. He is excited about being closely involved in the Leander community. Dr. Despot is looking forward to promoting oral health at the local schools and teaching children the importance of maintaining a healthy smile. He believes in the importance of ongoing training so that he can stay up to date with best practices and incorporate new technologies into practice. He stays on top of new developments with the literature and focuses on evidence-based decision-making when developing treatment plans for patients. Dr. Despot is passionate about providing the best treatment possible for patients so he may have a positive effect on people’s lives. Dr. Despot treats his patients like family and fully incorporates them into all aspects of treatment. A dad himself, Dr. Despot understands how parents want their kids to be taken care of and he will treat yours like his own. Communication, openness, and respect are his first priorities. Dr. Despot and his wife Claire are happy to be parents to their beautiful daughter Camille, their son Cole, and their Great Dane called Hamilton. They enjoy cooking, hiking, scuba diving, playing tennis, being outside, and of course spending time with their kids.
