“I had a fantastic first visit at Dr. Bornstein’s office! Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the whole process was smooth and efficient. My dental hygienist, Eileen, was exceptionally welcoming. She clearly explained each step of the visit, so I always felt informed and at ease. She provided excellent care and made me feel comfortable right from the start. Pam, who took my dental X-rays, was also a gem– kind and attentive, always ensuring I was comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Bornstein met with me to go over my X-rays and photos, walking me through a custom treatment plan in a clear, visual way that really resonated with me as a visual learner. I appreciated how thoughtfully everything was explained. I just moved to the area and was nervous about finding a new dentist, but I’m so glad I found this office. I’ll definitely be coming back!”
