About Dr. Daniel Diaz

Dr. Daniel Diaz was born and raised in Brick, New Jersey. He attended Christian Brother’s Academy in Lincroft, NJ for high school. Dr. Diaz then went on to NYU College of Dentistry where he completed his dental training and received his DDS. He would go on to complete a one year general practice residency at Jamaica Hospital Center in Queens, NY before starting his training at Harlem Hospital Center. Dr. Diaz completed a one-year internship at Harlem Hospital in oral and maxillofacial surgery before being accepted into the four-year program. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Dr. Diaz was able to put his bilingual abilities to use when treating the diverse communities of Manhattan as well as when he participated in a mission trip to the Dominican Republic. Dr. Diaz is board certified and a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He strives for excellence as exhibited by his attention to detail and quality care for all of his patients. He continues to learn by attending continuing education courses on dentoalveolar surgery, dental implants and All-on-4®, TMJ surgery, orthognathic surgery, and cosmetics. Dr. Diaz keeps up to date on all of the most modern technology in the field so as to provide the best care possible. He is currently a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, American Dental Association, Hispanic Dental Association, and the International Association of Dental Specialists.
