She graduated in Dentistry in Brazil in 1997 and completed her residency in Orthodontics and Facial Orthopedics at the University of São Paulo (USP). After many years of clinical practice and serving as a faculty member in a pediatric dentistry residency program—where she taught craniofacial growth and development from embryology through adulthood—Dr. Bittar moved to the United States. She earned her DMD degree from Tufts University in Boston and later completed her residency at The BronxCare Health System in New York. Dr. Bittar is a member of the World Orthodontics Association, the Brazilian Orthodontics Association, and the American Dental Association (ADA). She continues to expand her expertise through ongoing education in cosmetic dentistry, facial aesthetics, TMJ disorders, and sleep-related conditions. Dr. Bittar now brings her comprehensive, family-focused oral healthcare approach to DAFKO, caring for patients of all ages.
