About Dr. Danielle Plesh
Dr. Danielle completed her dental school prerequisites at the University of California, San Diego, and earned her DMD from the Medical University of South Carolina. She was awarded a scholarship from the Pankey Institute, where she specialized in occlusion, and further honed her surgical skills at Oregon Health and Science University. Her extensive training encompasses various areas, including cosmetic veneer dentistry, facial aesthetics (PRF, Botox, and fillers), Invisalign, occlusal analysis, oral surgery, and implant placement. As an Invisalign Certified provider, she is committed to ensuring that teeth align harmoniously with each patient’s unique dental structure.
Beyond her practice, Dr. Danielle is passionate about giving back to the community. She has volunteered her dental services at numerous homeless shelters and clinics across the United States, including UCSDPDS Clinics in San Diego, CA; ECCO in Mt. Pleasant, SC; and the Chicago Dental Society Foundation Clinic in Wheaton, IL. Additionally, she has participated in mission trips with the US Pacific Partnership Mission of Mercy to the Philippines and a Christian mission trip to Thailand. Most recently, in 2024, she contributed to the Illinois Mercy Mission, where she and her colleagues provided over $1.5 million in dental care in just two days.

I’ve had a great experience here! The front desk staff, dental assistants, and hygienists are all super friendly and make you feel comfortable. I had my wisdom teeth extracted here, and it went really smoothly with a quick recovery. I have also started my Invisalign journey with them and I’m so excited for the results! Highly recommend!!!

Dr. Plesh has great attention to detail and I was vey happy with the work that she did! She’s very nice and takes the time to explain everything. She’s also didn’t pressure me to get the work done and was transparent about what I needed. I’m glad she’s my new dentist!

I went in for a tooth pain. Doctor Plesh was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in explaining all of my procedures and providing guidance on how to address my dental needs. Her staff was equally impressive. Having visited three different dental offices in the past, I regret not finding this practice sooner. From the moment you walk in, to the X-rays and scans, everything exuded a sense of professionalism. The waiting area was comfortable and inviting, making the experience much less daunting. Each team member took the time to ensure I felt at ease, answering all my questions with patience. During the procedure, Doctor Plesh continuously checked in on my comfort level, demonstrating her commitment to patient care. She has a great sense of humor and so does her staff. I left the office feeling informed and confident about my dental health, eager to return for my next appointment! It’s been a journey, but I believe I found my permanent location. 1-17-2025

I had a wonderful experience at this office! The office is clean, welcoming, and runs very efficiently. A special shout-out to the hygienist, Kaylee who was incredibly kind and made me feel so comfortable throughout my visit. The staff took the time to explain everything they were doing and answered all my questions with patience and care. It’s clear that they truly care about their patients’ well-being. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a great dental experience!

Above and beyond service. I had a lot of work done, and they were very adept at understanding how my insurance could be leveraged. On the dental side, the team was fantastic. They followed up with me (really got the feeling that they DO care). Dr. Plesh, Dr. Yousef, Crystal and the rest of the team have a patient for the long term. Highly recommend.

I went to see Dr Plesh at Lakeshore East Dental Arts for a bad underbite that I have had all my life. I was told in the past that this could only be corrected by surgery. But Dr Plesh is top tier talent and has access to all the best technology and was able to take my complex issues and put me an incredible path to resolve my bite using the latest technology. Just amazing!
In addition, their concierge team was able to maximize my insurance benefits! The entire team is so talented. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Highest recommendation

I was feeling very nervous, but her calming voice and consistent updates on what was happening made me feel at ease throughout the process. It was such a relief to feel comfortable and informed, and I truly appreciated her thoughtful approach. Highly recommend Dr. Plesh for anyone who’s nervous about dental procedures!
