After completing his studies, Dr. Fried was appointed as a General Practice resident with the U.S. Air Force. His journey included assignments in Washington D.C., Sicily, and Portsmouth, NH, before he made his way back to his hometown to establish a dental practice committed to delivering exceptional care. Upon concluding a commendable 23-year service in the Connecticut Army National Guard, Dr. Fried continued to make his mark through active involvement in the local Kiwanis Club and assuming leadership roles within the Connecticut State Dental Association. His dedication to dental excellence is evident through over a decade of membership in the Connecticut Study Club and his contributions as a Clinical Instructor at UCONN's Dental School. His commitment to nurturing the next generation of dentists has taken him on mission trips to Honduras and participation in the Connecticut Mission of Mercy's charitable dental services, all while staying current with the latest in dental practices through continuous education. Beyond his professional pursuits, Dr. Fried dedicates his time to Ryan’s Inner Circle, which supports children’s causes, and contributes to his community as an ice hockey coach for the Wallingford Hawks and a baseball coach for the local Little League. His community spirit extends to supporting financial literacy as a sponsor of the Wallingford Center’s educational initiatives.
