About Dr. David Jacobson

Dr. David Jacobson was born and raised in Bergen County, New Jersey. He attended Syracuse University, where he graduated with a BS in Information Technology and Management. After building an IT consulting and software development company, he returned to New York University College of Dentistry, earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree. During his time at NYU, he participated in many extracurricular activities, was a founding member of the Peer Review Board, and was selected for the prestigious Honors in Endodontics program, offered to a small group of highly motivated students with a high level of academic achievement who are particularly interested in endodontics. Dr. Jacobson was also recognized by the American Association of Endodontists (AAE) with the annual Student Achievement Award.
After graduating from NYU with his DDS degree, Dr. Jacobson entered the Advanced Education in Endodontics residency program at New York University. During this two-year program, he trained under internationally known faculty, including Dr. Paul Rosenberg and Dr. Asgeir Sigurdsson. As a resident, Dr. Jacobson participated in two research projects and was awarded 2nd place for his table clinic at the 2014 AAE Annual Session.
Dr. Jacobson is married and has one lovely daughter. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, exercising, and going to the movies.

From the moment I booked my appointment to the moment I left, every person I talked to was so helpful and kind.
Jen, the receptionist, called me before coming in to make sure everything was ready to go for my visit. This made the whole process stress-free.
Dr. David Jacobson made my procedure so easy and painless and he was really clear about what needed to happen next.
The dental assistant (sorry I don’t remember her name) made sure I was comfortable throughout.
Really, I couldn’t recommend this office more.

I went to Dr.Jacobson for a root canal therapy. He was very friendly and fast. I went for a total of two appointments. I think they were very thorough with the treatment and made sure the root canal won’t fail. The receptionist and everyone else was very nice and I barely had to wait!

I can't thank Dr. David Jacobson enough. I left the office without the answers I was hoping for, but with respect for the complexities inherent in dentistry. Dr. Jacobson and team were very professional and treated me like a person with a brain, less a patient at the mercy of a doctor's orders. They come very highly recommended!

Went in for a root canal and was treated by Dr. Jacobson who is Dr. Chubaks partner. The entire procedure was painless. I was dreading the day I would have to root canal treatment but Dr. Jacobson made the experience a pleasant one. Detailed the entire procedure which helped me relax. I would definetly recommend Dr. Jacobson for those who need to have thier root canal treatment. Contrary to what they say about root canal treatment Dr. J puts you at ease & it is truly painless. Dr. J even followed up with me next day to make sure all as well, Thanks Dr. J!

I was seen almost right away. Dr. Jacobson and his assistants were very nice and professional. I do not have dental insurance but do have a dental discount plan and they gladly adjusted my bill for that.
