Dr. Kastoori is our talented, friendly dentist at Royal Lane Dental Center! She values the importance of a strong patient-doctor relationship, takes the time to get to know our patients, and always listens to their needs and concerns. Dr. Kastoori believes that patient education, transparency, and honesty are essential for giving patients the information they need to make informed decisions about their dental healthcare. Dr. Kastoori is thrilled to be serving the Dallas community and growing the Royal Lane Dental Center family! As a child, Dr. Kastoori grew up watching many of her family members in various areas of the medical field improve the health of their community. In high school, she decided that pursuing a career in dentistry would be the perfect way for her to do the same. Dr.Kastoori began her dental education in India and received her Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree there. She then moved to the U.S. and completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the NYU College of Dentistry in New York City.
After earning her Doctorate, Dr.Kastoori completed her externships at the VA Medical Center in Manhattan. She stays up to date on the latest advancements in dentistry by taking continuing education courses on topics like Invisalign, dental implants, and surgical extractions. Dr.Kastoori knew she wanted to own a dental office before she even applied to dental school, as she believes owning her own practice allows her to practice dentistry to the best of her abilities. Working at Royal Lane Dental Center is a dream come true for her, and she is excited to work with both new and returning patients alike.
Dr.Kastoori loves being able to help patients not only treat their dental issues but enhance their overall appearance as well. She finds helping patients improve their confidence and the quality of their lives to be very rewarding.

Overall, good dental care. Took care of fillings pretty easily and quickly. Could have been a bit more reassuring and calming during all the drilling and needles. But she did a good job.
Did not like the request to have to pre-pay a deposit for fillings. I have never heard of having to pay a deposit for dental work weeks before it was scheduled.

The receptionist and dental assistant were all friendly and welcoming. However, I had a disappointing experience with the dentist. When I asked for her professional opinion regarding retainers I purchased, she initially told me I didn’t need them. I then asked if she could provide that statement in writing; simply to reflect exactly what she had just told me and was surprised when she accused me of asking her to falsify information. She eventually agreed to provide documentation but never followed through. Because of this lack of follow-up and the uncomfortable interaction, I do not plan to return and cannot recommend this office.

Dr. Kastoori is very kind and has excellent bedside manner. I hadn't been to the dentist in a while and had a few cavities, and she pointed them out to me and had me come in later that week to have them filled. She was attentive and made me feel very comfortable. Definitely recommend!

Dr Kastoori is an excellent dentist. She’s straightforward, to the point with excellent bedside manner and will be sure to give you the best treatment plan for a great price. It was my first visit with her and I will continue seeing her for all my dental needs. Not to mention she’s voted Dallas best dentist for 2025 which was a huge plus for me.

The dentist was excellent! She was patient and very knowledgeable. But, I had a few cliches with one of her staff. The person was very friendly but there were a few mistakes made. I would refer a friend. Maybe, sense they were just opening for business everything was a little out of place.

Deep cleaning on 2-3 molars for a high cost or nothing. I left the office with no dental cleaning whatsoever. I paid the copay for a regular consultation only. The dentist pushed for a higher payment and told me that she wouldn't do a regular cleaning on the rest of my teeth. Now I can't even get back to any dental cleaning for the next 6 months because my insurance won't cover it. I'll never come back to this office.

I had great experience on this please and highly recommend. From the front desk to the doctor, everyone is super knowledgeable and friendly. The office is very clean and organized. The staff made it easy for me to get an appointment and they were very clear in explaining the recommended treatment and payment options. I recommend!

They also answer the phone quickly and were very proactive when contacting me to schedule.
