I wasn’t able to see Dr. Sung as he was busy with an emergency case that took longer than expected, but Dr. Tri was available sooner and he took great care of me. I would feel confident about seeing any of the dentists again at this office. ”

Dr. Derek Sung is a compassionate and skilled general dentist dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-focused care. With a strong foundation in evidence-based dentistry and a warm, approachable demeanor, he believes in empowering patients to make informed decisions about their oral health and strives to create a comfortable, judgment-free environment at every visit.
Dr. Sung received his degree from The University of Texas School of Dentistry in Houston. He is an active member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, Greater Houston Dental Society, and Academy of General Dentistry.
As a native Houstonian, Dr. Sung values building genuine relationships with his local community and treating everyone like family. Outside of dentistry, he enjoys playing sports with his current addiction being pickleball.

The doctor has amazing gentle bedside manners and everyone was so kind and got me in right away to help with a painful issue. Also my insurance was excepted but they financially were amazing and worked with me . Loved this doctor and there office!

They were a nice friendly stuff. They made it to where I can understand the basic level of what I needed to get done. And also that they worked with me with a financial plan and started up. Doing little-by-little and overall was a good experience for someone that doesn't normally like doctors. Let alone the dentist.

This office is open on Sundays!! Which is amazing for me due to my busy schedule and my emergency that I had regarding my tooth. I was thrilled that this office is only 10 minutes away from my home. Very convenient for me and my family!

Excellent! I admire Dr. Sung’s dental work. He made my crowns look like they are my teeth!! Very detailed and also did and made sure to explain each step. I’m so glad that this office was able to help with my finance through their Smile Dental plan. Great team and great office.

Came in for a second opinion as I was quoted a ridiculous amount for treatment at another office. Turns out all my crowns that I ‘needed’ turned to just being fillings. Definitely coming back to this office as they are my new family dentist for myself kids.
