“Dr. Roberts is very friendly and gentlle. He is a good listener and answers my questions. He did a thorough examination of my teeth/gum for routine cleaning that was covere 100% by the insurance. I was a new patient and made a Thursday appointment through ZOcDoc on the day before (on Wednesday afternoon) on which the office was closed. I thought it was too short notice for them and a bad timing, but I got a confirmation from the office before 9 am of the following day (appointment day). The staff also followed up by a call about insurance coverage so that I could be prepared for the appointment without being charged extra. All the staff were very polite both on the phone and in person. ”

I spent two hours in the office and did not even get my teeth cleaned. I was made to have x-rays even though I had x-rays from 2022. Furthermore, Dr. Roberts tried to convince me that I needed a deep cleaning and provided me with a list of all the possible things that could go wrong if I did not agree to a crown molding (including a root canal operation). I know dentists are the "car salesmen" of doctors, but Dr. Roberts was the worst that I have visited. I do not recommend this office unless you want to waste two hours of your life.

Dr. Roberts and his team treat you as an individual. You are provided a thorough examination and appropriate diagnostic tests (X-rays etc.), Dr. Roberts takes time to explain recommended procedures based on the findings and discusses options. When 'in the chair' Dr. Roberts is very attentive to pain management and conducts the procedure with care and precision. Overall I am impressed with the kindness and professionalism of the staff in the surgery from reception to check out.

The ladies at the front taking in my information and providing with the things I needed to know as the patient were super friendly and helpful. They they were thorough and pleasant. The hygienist was amazing and guided me through my X-rays and the process so that I was well informed and knowledgeable. The doctor was pleasant, had great bedside manner, and was easy to talk to. Not looking forward to my next appointments only because of what I’m getting done but besides that I hope to make this dental office my main one.

I had a wonderful experience visiting Dr. Don Roberts' office for the first time. Dr. Roberts gave a thorough consultation and came up with a plan for me. The office staff was very kind and welcoming and my hygienist and I had a fun time to kick it off. I am headed back next week for my cleaning and some work done and am looking forward to it!
