About Dr. Donald Phillips

Dr. Donald Phillips moved to Atlanta in 2018 and brought with him a wealth of clinical knowledge and a background of diverse work experience. While serving on active duty as a Navy oral and maxillofacial surgeon, Dr. Phillips had the opportunity to perform a wide range of procedures in large clinics, naval hospitals, and even on an aircraft carrier. Dr. Phillips was very fortunate to be stationed in the continental US on both coasts and serve overseas in Hawaii and Spain. The wide array of challenges and experiences allowed Dr. Phillips to grow personally and professionally, which helps him relate to all types of patients, as well as strengthen his ability to treat many different oral surgery issues. Dr. Phillips graduated from the Medical University of South Carolina dental school in 1999 and received his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (OMFS) training at the Medical College of Virginia from 1999 to 2003.
