I will start by saying I do not like going to the Dentist and I was going because I was in pain.(Also I am truly awful with names so I'm sorry in advance) With that in mind the ladies at the desk were kind and told me exactly what they needed from me. The lady that walked me back and talked more with me about why I was there was truly a kind soul. She realized I was very anxious and hugged me. Even during the most intense pictures of my teeth I've ever had, she still was working with me and being kind and patient. The next two ladies were a woot. They were funny and kind while also not wasting time to get their work done. The Doctor was so kind and empathetic to what I had going on. The people working at his side were kind also. The Doctor kept asking to make sure I was okay. This office truly takes kindness to a whole new level. Thank you so much.

I only visited for emergency treatment of a wisdom tooth. Once there, definitely felt that they were more concerned with me coming back to see them when I had initially and very clearly said it was for an ER appointment and wisdom tooth treatment. I asked countless times over the phone about the procedure and they said they were able to but once I got there they explained they do not do those procedures at all and that they refer out to an oral surgeon. I emailed all of my paperwork, X-rays and everything else my regular dentist provided.
It was an hour drive. I explained throughly countless times that I had an oral surgeon but because of Labor Day weekend, I needed to see someone sooner. I wish they had been upfront to tell me they were not able to complete such procedures. The only positive was they prescribed the antibiotic. I was seeing an oral surgeon for possible extraction since my tooth popped out. I won’t be going back because of the location and also lack of cleanliness.

Dr. Drew Jerome, was the ABSOLUTE BEST, MOST KIND, MOST PROFESSIONAL Dentist that you will ever experience. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him as a personal dentist. He communicates well and assures that you are both mentally and physically ready for the service provided. I had a tooth extraction, and this dentist and his staff were AWESOME!!!!

My visit was excellent on every level. The office is clean and inviting. The staff is friendly and professional. I especially appreciated how punctual this office runs. Dr. Drew, the dentist, is an excellent communicator, very kind, professional and easy to speak with. He explains procedures and processes thoroughly and concisely. My family and I are delighted to have identified this practice and will continue to recommend to others. Great dentist and staff.

VERY PLEASED WITH VISIT. FRONT DESK STAFF WERE VERY PLEASANT. DID NOT HAVE TO WAIT. ASSISTANT AND DENTIST DR. DREW WERE VERY THOUROGH PROCEDURE WENT WELL WITH NO ISSUES. WILL DEFINETLY RECOMMEND TO FRIENDS & FAMILY.
