About Dr. Edmond Ahdoot
I’m Dr. Edmond Ahdoot, and my journey into dentistry has been incredibly rewarding, shaped by a deep commitment to both the science and the artistry of creating healthy, beautiful smiles. I earned my Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Howard University, an experience that challenged and inspired me. I’m proud to say I was on the Dean’s List every year, a testament to my dedication to mastering the complexities of dental medicine.
After dental school, I continued my training with a comprehensive residency at Hackensack Medical Center in New Jersey. This was a pivotal time for me, as I gained hands-on experience across a wide spectrum of dental fields. From cosmetic dentistry and oral surgery to intricate implantology and endodontics, the residency provided me with a robust foundation and a holistic understanding of patient care. It wasn’t just about procedures; it was about integrating various disciplines to achieve the best outcomes for my patients.
My passion for learning didn’t stop there. I believe that dentistry is an ever-evolving field, and staying at the forefront of new techniques and technologies is crucial. That’s why I’ve pursued extensive continuing education, particularly focusing on advanced implant placement and esthetic restoration. It’s incredibly satisfying to help someone regain their confidence through a perfectly crafted smile or the stability of a well-placed implant. My dedication to these areas has also led me to become a Diamond Provider of Invisalign, allowing me to offer discreet and effective orthodontic solutions.
