About Dr. Edward Ding

Dr. Edward Ding graduated from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine. After dental school, he completed a comprehensive General Practice Residency at New York Presbyterian–Weill Cornell. There he gained valuable experience in oral surgery, dental and facial trauma, implant and restorative dentistry, endodontic treatment, pediatric dentistry, fixed and removable prosthodontics, and management of complex medical patients. He worked closely with Cornell's Oral Maxillofacial Surgery department to plan surgically oriented restorative treatments and also completed a rotation at Memorial Sloan Kettering addressing the intraoral and dental needs of patients battling oral and head/neck cancer. Dr. Ding is a member of the American Dental Association. He is a strong believer in minimally invasive dentistry and is committed to providing comprehensive patient education to build trustworthy relationships with his patients. Dr. Ding is also fluent in Spanish and enjoys caring for patients from diverse backgrounds and communities throughout NYC. Dr. Ding is a native Californian and graduated cum laude from Washington University in St. Louis. He maintains an active lifestyle of strength training, running, and playing badminton. In his free time, he enjoys baking bread and exploring new restaurants with his wife.
