Dr. Efim Rubinstein is a recognized expert in aesthetic, general, and implant dentistry. He has trained with world-renowned dental professionals around the globe. Along with maintaining a private practice, he has shared his expertise and experience as a Clinical Assistant Professor at New York University College of Dentistry.
He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree from New York University College of Dentistry's Advanced Program. His training also includes a D.M.D. from Tel Aviv University (1991–92), and in Kazakhstan, he earned a degree of Doctor of Stomatology in 1988.
Dr. Rubinstein is committed to continuing education and always utilizes the latest techniques to make your treatment comfortable and easy. He remains dedicated to providing donated dental services to the underserved and is passionate about promoting the oral health of the public.

Dr. Rubenstein was excellent. I had an extraction that was so quick and painless that I was surprised when it was over. I was early for my appointments and the first time he was finishing up with a patient, and the second time there was no wait at all. The scheduling is just about down to an exact science. Dr. Rubenstein is a skilled doctor. His staff is friendly and professional. I highly recommend him for your next extraction especially.

Dr. Rubinstein was incredibly knowledgeable and communicative. He sat with me and went through my x-rays tooth by tooth, the first dentist to do that. He also noted some things that were abnormal in the last work I had received. As someone who might not have taken the best care of his teeth, I appreciated a total apparent lack of judgement. His staff was friendly and worked with me to find the best payment options. A great doctor and facility in Yonkers.

At first glance, the office was really clean, nice & cozy. I've had really bad experiences with dentists in the past but this one was completely different. He came out to the waiting area, introduced himself & shook my hand when I walked in. He also treated me really well, gave me lots of info & listened/answered any questions I had. Overall a 5-star experience & looking forward to going back in the near future.

Dr. Rubinstein is an amazing dentist in every way , I really wish I had come to him in 2022 I’m pretty certain I would have avoided alot of pain and wasted time. After a year of a dental problems due to another dentist that in my opinion botched my molar crown and caused me lots of pain. Dr Rubinstein really knows what he’s doing He was Kind, Caring, gentle , he explains the procedure, has a great sense of humor . I feared the dentist office until I met Dr Rubinstein. 100% pain free.

I had such a great experience here. I was anxious because I hadn't been to the dentist in a few years, but Dr.Rubenstein was so nice and kind about everything. He took the time to show me exactly what was good and bad with my teeth and helped me understand the importance of each procedure and why it was necassary. I also have not had such a thorough teeth cleaning ever! He really doesn't play around. 10/10 would reccomend.

Rubinstein made me feel incredibly comfortable in his chair. You can tell that he’s really smart and knows his stuff. Kathy keeps the office running smooth and COVID protocols were strictly followed.
During the procedure, Rubinstein answered all of my questions, gave me an honest opinion before the procedure, and there was no pain. Easily the best dentist I have ever been to.

I am very fearful and untrusting of Dentist due to past experiences. Dr. Rubenstein and his assistant Katherine were absolutely wonderful and I felt comfortable every step of the way.
I started experiencing tooth pain on Sunday and by Tuesday morning decided I needed to see a dentist. I was able to book an appointment same day. I booked the appt around 3am so around 8am Katherine, who was very friendly and warm, called to confirm my 11am appt.
She was the same in person as she was on the phone, and so was Dr. Rubenstein. There was no wait, a thorough examination with xray and diagnosis. As I suspected a root canal would be needed and to my surprise, performed right on the spot. We discussed finances before so there was no surprise and they worked with me to meet my financial needs.
He numbed the area sufficiently and I did not feel one tinge of pain. Nearly 3 hours after my root canal and I am feeling no pain with very very minor discomfort...it's a root canal afterall. I would definitely recommend Dr. Rubenstein after this experience.

Truly a great dentist. Dr.Rubinstein and the office staff are always warm and welcoming. I have never had to wait past my appointment time and have always been seen a few minutes early. The late office hours are terrific and so very much appreciated for those of us who work full time. Dr.Rubinstein is generous with the injections needed to numb my jaw whenever it's been required and always gives them time to truly set in before he begins his work. No dental shot is ever going to be pleasant but I have never been uncomfortable while he has been working on my teeth. 5 star all the way.

Great, Dr. Rubinstein is a great dentist. Highly skilled with a great disposition towards his patients especially one, like me who have been afraid of the dentist. I enjoy going for treatment here! There is never a wait. Im always seen as soon as I arrive and I also like the office staff and their later office hours.
