The assistant told me to mind my own business when I had not spoken and the dentist did not go over her findings with me. She left that to receptionist who could only tell how much things cost.

There was a lot of f bombs flying while I was waiting to see. The Doctor seems the receptionist got upset and left for about an hour. My appointment was at 9 o'clock so I arrived at 815 to do paperwork, but I wasn't called up to do paperwork until 8:37and I wasn't called into the office until 9:17.
Xray at 10. Saw dentist at 10:40
Went because I broke a tooth. Did not get tooth repair had to leave at 11.

Was told to show up 20 minutes before my appointment, even got a call to confirm I'd arrive early, just for the door to be locked when I arrived. Waited in the waiting room for nearly 40 minutes, waited a long time to be seen by the doctor, then waited another 20 minutes to finally start the cleaning service. Had to leave before the service because so much time was wasted. Arrived at 7:40 and they didn't come in to start the cleaning until 9:15.

This was a great experience for a new patient to have. I was looking for emergency care, and was seen quickly. I was contacted prior to my visit, even though it was made last minute. The wait time wasn't terrible, and they kept me updated with the next steps in my visit. I plan on going back for more regular checkups.

The front office lady was very rude and gave me the wrong information. When I asked her to explain things to me she was she got very defensive and after I left the clinic she called me three more times to keep on being disrespectful. Will definitely not going back. The hygienist and the Doctor were amazing though.

my experience with this visit was the best dental visit I have ever had. Having anxiety from when I was a kid and seeing any dentist, I connected with the staff immediately and was able to talk to them completely comfortably. Their chemistry and relationship shined bright and made me feel safe and in great hands. I loved the conversations and banter they had, it felt like they were friends who knew each other instead of co-workers who have to work next to each other. Definitely would recommend my friends and family go there in the future. Really happy I choose this location and will continue to seek care from them myself.

Very professional experience. I felt welcomed immediately upon entering the facility. . The receptionist was courteous and professional, , the hygienist was knowledgeable and kind as well. . The Dentist is what sold me. She was not only familiar with my Medical condition, she was not condescending, looked at my overall issues, changed her approach to meet my most pressing issues and rescheduled my other needs to a follow-up appointment within the same week. I felt as if I was part of her practice from the first visit. I recommended her to my wife when I got home. I will recommend her to my friends and neighbors as well. She was personable, professional and willing to see me as an individual. I could not have asked for more. In addition she was affordable!

The most friendly healthcare staff I have ever dealt with. Before I arrived, a staff member called to alert me about construction in the parking lot. The dental assistant ?? was upbeat and made me laugh. I’ve had with other dentists. Dr. Persky was genuinely concerned about my issues and listened to my concerns. I can tell she generally has my best interest at heart.
? I have had some horrible experiences in the past with different dental offices. ? I could not be more ecstatic about having found Dr. Persky and her staff.

Great experience; everyone was friendly and welcoming, but also went above and beyond to make sure I was always comfortable and okay with each step of my exam and cleaning. I get very nervous to go to the dentist and I had never been here before, so there were some tears but I was treated with great care from the moment I got there and started intake paperwork, throughout the entire appointment, all the way up to scheduling my next visits. Dr. Persky will be my dentist for as long as I live in Tucson.

the dentist herself was 5/5. the woman who prepped my teeth didn't wash her hands or use gloves before opening something she stuck in my mouth. she set it on the counter as well. unsanitary and disgusting. she didn't floss my teeth the way any other dentist did, felt lazy and rushed. was bumping things like the x-ray machine into my face. they told me they don't take American Express at the end of the appt. I had no other payment methods so she took it anyway and shockingly it went through. horrible experience. I will absolutely not be going back.

Office receptionist was outstanding! She coordinated with my insurance provider and ensured I received the appropriate coverage. The dental hygienist was exceptional, efficient and professional. The Dr listened to my issues, assessed my problem and recommended treatment options. Highly recommend everyone at that office!

Everyone there was very patient, helpful, flexible and understanding. I walked in there as a new patient today apparently not knowing who my insurance provider was and they helped me figure it out and THEN took care of a number of procedures I’d been needing done in one go and set another appt for next week to take care of the rest.
